...but we did! Managed to nick 4 Irish guys taxi from outside Anfield (sorry lads) Great night, what an atmosphere, apart form the guy who dropped his bat after eating one too many pies! True old-fashioned hospitality right from The Sandon and Dodds beforehand to the proper gents on the hospitality door in Main Stand and Sarah who hosted us perfectly (try the Liverpool branded red wine...tip top!) and what great seats, well in terms of viewing not comfort, so thank to Mike and Julie form North West Events for that! And the atmosphere in the ground from the moment we tried to sing Liverpool football songs, badly, to the final whistle was a true experience. Shame the grounds moving really.

A very strange occurrence happened on the way back from the pitch...

sounds like the beginning of a story! We dropped into a pub outside Stoke, the Landlord introduced himself as Reg Presley from the

60's band the Troggs (even though everyone in the pub called him Dave) please share with us any other occurrences of meeting band members from pop groups on your way back from meetings - this does not need to be limited to the 60's, we are hoping to compile a list of bands by region and current job, we suspect pub landlords will be favourite (I have heard that one of Kid Creole's backing singers works in a lap dancing bar near hereford, this could be hearsay mind....) look forward to your feedback.

Work Experience...piece of cake!

Young Vicky Wills astounded members of the OWB team with not only super-slick design and web-editing skills, marketing research nouse and all-round tip top sleeves rolled up, get stuck in and be part of the team approach during this week....but her great cake making skills. Enjoying Tuesday's Victoria Sponge (aptly named!) we are all looking forward to Friday's cake delights.....yummy!

We believe at OWB that a fit mind creates a fit and active business, so we have decided to let you have a sneak preview of Wilkinshaft's amazing super gym session, follow these simple guidelines and you too can be a lean mean machine:
Step 1 - arrive at gym around 6.20 am, realise you have only half of your kit, rummage lost property
Step 2 - get changed, adjust thong in mirror, quick motivational talking to....you can do it!
Step 3 - go upstairs to gym, (tough) 2 flights...check pulse, rest, intake of water
Step 4 - plug into running machine, no sound, choose another, quick 4 mins of running (level 1)
Step 5 - stretch, yawn, stretch, scratch...adjust thong
Step 6 - weights......yep look at the weights.....walk on
Step 7 - back down 2 flights of stairs, relax, intake of water
Step 8 - shower....lots of hardcore hairdryer action, lift, blow, comb, relax
Step 9 - few stomach intake side ons in mirror....in/hold/relax (repeat all-day)
Step 10 - McDs for big breakfast....
