Podium Finish for GO-WB

Last night, The Raceway Birmingham played host to a 90min Endurance Kart race attended by the infamous OWB and Scotche.gg race teams.

Despite heated pre-race office banter, the race began in good spirits (with owb qualifying 1^st and Scotchegg 7^th). These positive vibes continues as at the half way stage OWB held a strong lead over the 11 team field, thanks to inspired driving by the OWB trio.

However, things started to take a turn for the worse, Mike’s distinct lack of talent, combined with a spin and crash from Shari and a 15 second pit lane penalty for Jonesy for overtaking (back markers Scotchegg) during a yellow flag resulted in a respectable 3^rd place finish for a bit SLO-WB.

A small mention for the Scotchegg’s who finished about 6^th ish, the small matter of 2 whole laps behind OWB.

We look forward to the next meet, where the Scotchegg's will be looking to turn the tide, whilst all will be hoping Andy returns from the Karting wilderness!

"I've always been good at sports involving pubs" commented Mrs Bryan, who intends to follow up the win with a few halves of thunderbird down The Forge.

Sparksy gets back to Voguing

Just when one thought the concept of Voguing was going out of fashion, cutting edge trendmeister Pete 'Voguster" Sparks and his mentor Geoff bring the New York phenomenon back to the office floorspace. Luckily both had ample quantities of right guard on for this special armpit move!

New Paris Office for Eluere

In December our wonderful Partner in France, Eluere, opened their new Paris office on 122 rue de Provence,  in the Opera district, the heart of the capital!  The reception was full of sparkle with over 150 guests, clients, journalists and politicians ... the champagne was flowing.

Sharpening up our short game

Ready for the challenge (when I remember to bring in the putter) on the all-new OWB links course which consists of a difficult back 9 which will be under the board table, around the gents u-bend, a long drive past the water fountain (Angel Springs!) and into the hole, well sort of curvy pretend hole!
